Bob Gower is passionate about developing great organizations that change the world.
An author, speaker, and consultant, Bob spent more than 15 years leading complex, creative projects across myriad sectors. Bob was Director of Design and Production at the SF Examiner and later worked on early digital presences for MSNBC, Elance, Newsweek, Discovery, and many other properties.
After receiving his MBA in Sustainable Management from the Presidio Graduate School, Bob managed products for Silicon Valley startups, including MaestroConference and Genius Inc. He’s currently an Agile Coach for Rally Software, where he specializes in enterprise-level Agile transformations. He's worked with Kaiser Permanente, Ford, Travelers, eBay and many other organizations.
Bob is the author of the bestselling book "Agile Business: A Leader’s Guide to Harnessing Complexity" (available on Amazon.com) and maintains a popular blog at bobgower.com, where he writes regularly on building better workplaces, leadership, Agile, and systems theory. Bob's writing has been featured on PandoDaily, Productive Flourishing and several other publications.
When not traveling, Bob lives in New York City.
