Your only left with 6 years for you to retire. But it doesn't seem like a very stable job your currently in. And if you feel like you can't be able to keep up with the new career you'll need going to to I would advise for to to just do the pros and cons of both situations and see which one is most advantageous but remember mental health first
Firstly try to talk to your spouse about what's happening . Then try to do a personal sextual check if I can call it that on what you love sextual ans tell your spouse so that you can be attractive to them more. Try new things with your spouse so that you can not always predict what's gonna happen.
