If I had to pick a team member for any given project, Fred would be on top of my list. Very few people can balance both the details and the big picture. Fred does this very naturally.

I've worked with Fred on various AdWords launches, and frequently some of the more complex and/or user sensitive launches. Fred was always great at resolving product development needs and escalating issues on behalf of the user/customer, as well as "translating" that need in a way that both communications folks (marketing, technical and help documentation) and engineering teams could understand.
