With the rise of China in the global economy, many students, managers, executives, and businesses are moving towards the Chinese region.

There are huge amount of potential with doing business in the Chinese region (Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China). The region has over 1 billion people. Yet, it is not without its challenges. Many western companies have a China strategy but it fails to give its expected results. Foreign managers and executives having a hard time understanding its Chinese co workers. Businesses are not selling its products and the marketing don't seem to work.

And yet, when you ask the Chinese people what went wrong, they could never give you a straight answer, and you feel like running around in circle and gone no where.
