Michael is a very organized, detailed, and highly skilled technical project manager. He takes complete ownership of his projects and holds himself and his team to a high standard. If you need to launch a complex product on a tight time line, I'd recommend Michael.
Source: LinkedIn Lee Haughawout Sep 18, 2013Good business and technical sense. Accountable person to get the job done.
Source: LinkedIn Kwong So Sep 18, 2013I had been working with Michael for almost one year together. I was impressed by his experiences, knowledge and skills. He did bring us improvements into our engineering department such as engineering processes, knowledge sharing, resource allocation, etc. He will be coming to you with the qualities of a natural leader: genuineness, intelligence, and integrity. He would come with an enthusiasm for leading, business development and networking.
Source: LinkedIn Scott Chen Sep 18, 2013Over the past few years the opportunity has presented itself to work on several of Michael’s programs; both up close and afar. Michael demonstrates those key qualities essential to running tight schedules and fixed budget projects. When pressure mounts, as do many aggressive programs, Michael keeps a cool head and finds unique ways to maneuver through the chaos. I look forward to the next time to work with Michael.
Source: LinkedIn Michael Vicari Sep 18, 2013I met Michael while we both were working at UEI. He possessed very professional product management skills. We were working on a sophisticated product for Bestbuy and there were many details that needed to be covered. Michael achieved the target date by conducting numerous conf. calls and meetings with the customer, R&D, factory and sales. And all of them were in different countries and different time zones
Michael is the one we can trust in, as he has high level of EQ and detail oriented personality
I have worked with Michael for more than 3 years and always enjoyed it. His optimism/positive attitude, creative thinking and in-depth understanding of his area enable him to overcome many obstacles and challenges those appear, as well as define appropriate and effective processes for the company as we have grown.
Source: LinkedIn Daryl Hu Sep 18, 2013Michael is a very detail oriented program manager, and a hard-working individual. He pays attention to all the details of a project, and he makes sure that everyone is on the same page since many people with different disciplines work on a project.
At one point, he went to an oversea trip for vacation, and he was managing projects during vacation. This shows that Michael, is a very dedicated person.
I would be willing to work with Michael at any time.
Source: LinkedIn Patrick Chin Sep 18, 2013Michael has superb technical understanding of all his projects. His projects are typically high-end/high complexity projects with many challenges. Michael thrives in this environment.
