Matt is an experienced international EB-5 business consultant who works with investors, project owners and EB-5 Regional Centers providing feasibility analysis, project planning and due diligence services.
He has worked on over 60 projects to date including assisted living, real estate, food, retail, films Studios, transportation, sports venues, hotel development and franchising.
He is the founder and owner of San Diego Business Plans that provides EB-5 business plan writing services. He is also founder and Managing Principal of SDEB5 Consulting, a San Diego based EB-5 consulting firm that helps Regional Centers and project owners create valid, salable EB-5 projects.
