I had the privilege of attending CAKE on several occasions. Derek has done a fantastic job of organizing a group of local entrepreneurs to casually give and share precious advice on a regular basis. The meetings are always friendly and relaxed. The organization itself is very tech-savvy, and broadcasts on the internet. I was so impressed with CAKE that I spoke for free at one of its events! Derek has simply done a great job of putting this together. Kudos!
Derek is a great leader. He makes quick and accurate decisions and knows his materials. When working with him, I could see that he would excel in whatever business avenues he chose because he is a visual reader and excellent study.
