It was the utmost privilege and pleasure to work with David on the enterprise-wide technology programme at Yellow®. David provided business analysis coaching to business owners of projects, enabled business analysis understanding and capability; and developed the business analysis framework to complement the established project management methodology applied within Yellow®.
