Working with Dave was one of the great pleasures of my tenure at Moxie. While his superior analytical skills allow him to deftly direct an outstanding team of reports, at a moment's notice he is also able to lead a high-level client reporting meeting with credibility and assurance. Analyzing raw data is one thing, but taking it to the next level by interpreting/transforming it into meaningful, applicable solutions for clients is entirely another. Analytics people can be dry, factual and not add much color to projects other than statistical validation. Dave is a rare breed of an analytics person who can not only provide the sound data, but translate that data into tangible, actionable recommendations. He actually adds value to the data by using it to answer the questions at hand and also to inform future decisions and shape the next round of hypotheses. He regularly contributes to the strategic direction of accounts through data-informed suggestions and is an excellent translator of complicated structures into understandable, trackable conversation. Once in a while you come across someone who has not only rare talent, but also the ability to get the job done (and well) - and be an all-around stand-up guy. Well, that's Dave.

We worked arm in arm to rebuild and implement a large analytics effort for a Telecommunications client. I don't think I could have asked for a better person to be by my side - and know the client felt the same way as they were more than vocal about how strong Dave was.
