I am a licensed and ordained minister with over 14 years in leadership. For the last 22 years I have been a serial entrepreneur who has founded more than five successful businesses and managed them successfully in areas of scaling, employee development, innovative training and coaching. I have mentored and coached hundreds of men, women, and young people from all genres of life. Life strategy and management is an area of expertise with a focus on self-development, leadership in business and personal life areas, business leadership as well as self-discovery. I have written curriculums and implemented them in many facets of my businesses that have proven results in building morale, conflict resolution, adaptability in change and transition, coping mechanisms, and management of emotions.
