I worked for a decade in brand management, retail marketing and sales at Procter & Gamble and L'Oréal, leading high profile campaigns on well-known brands including Pampers, Pantene and Vichy. On the side, I was also helping P&G with their recruiting efforts by mentoring new employees and coaching future employees to successfully land a job at P&G.
I've also taught Harvard and Oxford students how to successfully land their dream jobs post-graduation, and guest spoke at Stanford University (twice!) as a Career Mentor.
I absolutely LOVED it.
After a major career pivot that took me to Japan for two years teaching leadership skills to high potential Japanese students, I came back 'home' with a new mission: helping mid-career professionals (like me) design their dream careers on their own terms.
