How I work:
I don't show up with a shiny framework or a performative process. I listen for what's being avoided — the trade-offs no one wants to own, the sunk costs distorting decisions, the fear of breaking what already works. Most problems aren't skill gaps; they're decision debt. AI can accelerate you out of it — or pile on more of it faster. My job is to make sure it's the first one.
Expect evidence, clear reasoning, and explicit trade-offs. I've been called a "purist" — usually by people who wanted me to be more agreeable. I care about decisions that hold up six months later, and AI setups that still work when the model changes.
