I have had opportunity to work closely with Brian on several projects over the last few years. In every instance, I've found him to possess a tireless work ethic, an inquisitive mind, and a healthy dose of integrity. I believe Brian is a proponent of 'fierce conversations' who doesn't shy away from addressing complex topics with honestly and forethought.
While my interactions with Brian have revolved around the machinations of running successful e-commerce campaigns, he never loses site of the big picture and always remains true to the overarching strategy. He was instrumental in designing the user interfaces, interactive review features, and all other technical features of the courses. Brian had an excellent understanding of the technical limitations of our systems and was always able to find a way to make the desired features work on our platform. No matter how difficult the task or how tight the deadline, he maintained a professional but pleasant demeanor. He's diligent and extremely competent and is a pleasure to work with. Brian was my go-to guy for any web-related need, big or small. He dealt with both internal and external customers well, always going beyond solving just the stated need to provide added value. One of his biggest projects was to transition our web-based development from our first-generation to an updated and more cost-effective second-generation process, at which he was completely successful.
