The approach I take to ecommerce marketing is no-nonsense and no-BS.
The type of marketing and optimization I focus on is NOT fine detail, changing button color stuff (the typical conversion optimization stuff you read about online).
The changes I'm talking about are high impact "hey this change just added 10% to our top line revenue this month" kind of stuff. How would you like an extra 10% boost in revenue?
Most ecommerce businesses, especially low 7 figure businesses, are sitting on a goldmine of opportunity in terms of things that can be tweaked and optimized to boost revenue.
Small details matter, ESPECIALLY in a 7 figure ecommerce business.
This is territory where something as simple as say having a valid SPF record for your domain means a 5% improvement in email deliverability for that sizeable email list you should have built and be emailing regularly, you are doing regular email marketing right?
A 5% improvement to email deliverability could easily add $10, 30, 50 or even $100k of top line revenue over the course of a year and adding an SPF record takes maybe 10 minutes and is completely free!
....or say where adding a couple of small words to the title tags on your product pages suddenly jumps you 5-8 spots up in the Google search results for highly qualified terms WITH ZERO LINK BUILDING.
My background is a little different to most "consultants" in that it's based on a combination or REAL ecommerce experience AND REAL consulting experience.
I owned and run my own mid 7 figure online store (in early to mid 2000s) & now provide consulting services to ecommerce businesses and online stores. Over the past 5-6 years, through our services, one on one consulting and in person workshops and training I've worked with over 2000 SMBs & ecommerce businesses.
I'm confident there's a bunch of small tweaks and changes that you're sitting on right now that could be easily implemented with very low cost. Lets jump on the phone and see how I can help you.
