I created a YouTube Channel The Finn Mindset. My channel has grown with consistent success steadily over time. I have grown my skills through experience and masterminds. My channel was never inflated by a "viral video" which may show inconsistent success. I will tell you how I grew my channel over time, the things I learned, the analytics I look at, and how I plan for the future.

In 2011 I opened my first business. This CrossFit gym on Long Island has grown into a multimillion dollar business. After growing the business for 4 year I sold my stake to my partner which helped me learn about exiting a business for maximum profits. I then took the skills I learned and went bigger! I opened a 1BBL Brewery in New York in 2014. It has since grown to a 10BBL with roughly 2,500 BBL's a year of production and is distributed in all 50 states
