There is no question that Boon's dedication was what led to our successful and on-time launch of iHeartAuto for iOS. He keeps true to his word in keeping commitments, and his ability as a Software Ninja was critical in handing such a variety of tasks and responsibilities.

Boon is a logical thinker with a sense of humor who GSD.

He was instrumental in a re-write for iHeartRadio for iPad that was featured in Apple's app store. App hit #1 in free music and #8 overall free iPad app.

Nice job, Boon. You rock!

Boon is good analyzer. His thinking is more advanced in product development, requirement keeps changing, he knows that well so his design output for a product is pretty flexible and reusable to fit upcoming new requirements. Due to his in-depth knowledge of iOS he is one of the best architects I have worked with, also good in managing resources and client interaction. To conclude, I have learned and enjoyed working with him.
P.S I see Boon as hard working and fun loving.

I worked with Boon on two mobile projects. Boon is that kind of developer that designers always want to work with. First, he is definitely good at what he do (development.) He paid attention to details; He understood design and usability and gave me a lot of good suggestions on both UI and Usability. Furthermore, he is not just a developer; He is a good manager and dealt with client relationship so well. I have to say it was a great experience working with him and I would definitely want to work with him again.

Boon, and I both started at Arc at the same time, and he was very renowned in Flash, and I knew very little of it. I had to work directly with him on 2 projects. He helped show me the way in Flash, working closely with me, and making sure I was comfortable in it. His expertise in Flash is above and beyond. Aside from his work skills, he truly is a very funny person. Which makes it all the more joy to work with him. He has the personality of a curious cat and the heart of a lion! It was an honor working with Boon, and learning from him. He has been a favorite co-worker and friend to work with, and It will be sad to see him go. Thanks for all the help Boon!

Boon is a perfect breed of high intellect and healthy lifestyle. He is the true definition of a Flash Developer. Living in Hollywood, CA, I've seen plenty of Actionscript Developers come and go, but very few carry the skills to develop in a timely fashion the way Boon delivers OOP Class models. It was a pleasure working with you, Boon, and I hope to work again in the near future.

Boon is one of the most hard working professionals I've worked with. He can juggle multiple projects with ease. It is no accident that he possesses a wide range of development and design skills. He is also fun to be around with, we have had great times working on projects together, I look forward to working with Boon again.

Boon Chew, Organic Software Grower at Nanaimo Studio answered:

Daniel is right in that Flash content won't work directly on your iPad's Safari, but Flash contents can actually be turned into iPhone and iPad apps (and even Android) very easily and it's a fine tool for building cross platform 2D game contents. Apple has long lifted the ban on cross platform tools and external runtime. We have published two apps using Flash and they work great.
