Another one of his strengths is analysis. He is good at assessment and decision making. He is rational in his decision making and looks at all pros and cons before rendering a decision and is willing to take responsibility for the consequences of the decision. His planning and organizational skills are top notch. Bill’s work ethic is outstanding and he is a great role model to emulate. One of his mottos is "taking it to the next level". Our team members strived hard to do just that.
Bill provided an open communication environment. He is able to organize his thoughts so that he is informative and at the same time persuasive. He displays confidence and poise, commanding respect in a positive manner. Bill is always professional in all of his dealings. Bill is high energy and he created an environment that people were comfortable in their work environment. Bill made a huge difference as the Assistant Manager Default Prevention at TG. He immediately energized the department with his new ideas. He implemented several ideas that increased efficiency and profitability in the area, resulting in him earning special individual recognition from the CEO of the corporation.

Bill and I worked closely together at TG when we both served on the TMAC (Team Member Activities Committee). Bill did a superb job for the two years he served on this committee at Treasurer. Not only was Bill great at maintaining the checks and balances of TMAC’s budget, but he proved to be very adept with his communication skills. I also had the pleasure to witness his excellent leadership and presentation skills frequently at TG as we were both active members of TG Toasters – TG’s own Toastmaster’s club. All in all, I would highly recommend Bill for any leadership or management role.
If there was a definition of stand up guy, Bill is it. Not only that, but he is a workaholic and a professional who knows what it takes to succeed because he has lived it.
I have known Bill for almost 20 years. Bill has always had a distinct vision of the weather industry and his drive to make things happen is always set at full speed. Whether it means creating new products or building relationships that push initiatives forward, Bill makes it happen. His pursuit of helping clients gain the advantage in the market and helping increase revenues was always his focus while at AnythingWeather.
