I have fulfilled the role of "coach" for most of my life and made it official at the beginning of 2020 when pursuing studies in wellness coaching. I have been able to transform my health physically and mentally through mindful-based practices, and through my studies have been able to gain an evidence-based approach to coaching.
I have worked with individuals and groups, sharing mindfulness-based tools to assist in improving their wellbeing.
A lifelong love of food and experimenting with different ways of eating has helped me understand the impact of how we eat and our wellbeing - physical, mental and emotional.
Studying nutrition coaching has enabled me to help others heal their relationship with food, better understand how to eat for sustained health, and free themselves from nonsensical rules.
