I headhunted Bart from a national student enterprise competition because I was impressed with his maturity, professionalism, entrepreneurialism but most of all energy. As a colleague to Bart for 2 years, I've seen his consistent commitment to outcomes, his initiative in both solving problems in his daily work and discretionary effort in creating projects to lead the way in the long term, and especially observed his outstanding relationship building skills and attentive stakeholder management. Bart is warm, highly efficient, quick thinking and full of leadership potential.
