While working in both the public and private sectors, I have worked as a Federal Advisor and Executive Manger performing in areas applicable to data mining, selection tools, employee relations, and utility analysis across a dynamic range of projects. I have performed with a variety of teams on a span of projects within organizational development and new business implementation, as well as in areas of job analysis and selection, performance assessment, management training, employee enrichment, program evaluation, sales and marketing environments, human resources, and product research. I have a long track record which includes: skillfully planning and managing multiple projects, hiring and training efficient cross-functional teams, and generating extensive cost savings by making processes more efficient. Some of the activities that I have solid knowledge and expertise are policy planning; employee testing and selection; training and development; and organizational development and analysis. Furthermore, as a consultant, advisor, and manager I have often worked with upper and mid-levels of management to organize work settings to improve worker productivity.
