Andrew was hired as a project manager for a high-visibilty, complex software project. He was always personable, helpful, and responsive to any questions our client had. I worked very closely with Andrew, providing testing and performance consultancy services on their platform. Andrew always knew exactly what they wanted and needed, and worked tirelessly with his team ensuring any recommended changes were quickly and efficiently executed. Andrew joined Buffalo’s enterprise cloud development project on a six month contract to help turn the project around and ended up staying seven month. Leading the team’s efforts as Project Manager reporting to both the project owner and the Director of Technology Andrew was successful in improving the agile process and refocusing the team. Andrew was a major force in recruiting to help fill a verity of open positions on the team from Application development, Dev Ops, UI, and QA automation. As PM Andrew was responsible for daily team activities, Stand-ups, Sprint reviews, etc. Andrew also helped build the process and system to make the team more successful. Andrew brings an open mind and willingness to investigate new options to the team while listening to team member’s inputs.

What stands out to me the most about Andrew, extends far beyond his technical skills (which are indeed excellent). Andrew is a connector. His ability to work with a customer or potential customer, to uncover the true need of that customer and to collaborate with that customer on a plan for success, brings significant value to both the corporate and entrepreneurial spaces. This skill is so critical when maintaining the health of an organization or business both internally and externally. As managing director of Clarum Group, Andrew did an excellent job of following up on leads, of patiently facilitating the process as leads transitioned to clients and then meticulously working with them on proposals and options that would give that client a higher probably of successfully meeting their objectives. He is truly a servant leader that works toward the success of all those involved.

I had the pleasure to work with Andrew on two exciting and successful projects. Andrew is very knowledgeable about the whole agile development process. His excellent understanding of the client's needs guided me and other members of the team to deliver a product that is beyond client's expectations.

I have worked with Andrew on one project and found him to be very professional, reliable, and extremely easy to work with. I really like the way that he moves a project forward without seeming demanding. Given the opportunity, I would easily choose to work with him again on future projects.

I believe Andrew to be fairly knowledgeable in the areas of Si Design and Lean improvement. He was extremely helpful to me, taking the time to bring me up to speed on the complex technical and business aspects of the AMD's Design area. Andrew also worked well with our other team mates, collaborating with different people on various projects and deliverables. Most of all, Andrew showed great enthusiasm when it came to learning and improving, an invaluable trait that is all too rare these days.

With Andrew's broad experience, he is an excellent resource for any team looking to add a contributing team member. Andrew's focus on the effort to achieve long term goals is well balanced with the near term needs of the organization and his ability to identify, quantify, prioritize and resolve problems is a big advantage for any organization looking to improve their executional quality and efficiency.

I only the had the pleasure of working with Andrew for a short period, but was very impressed with his work ethic and ability to get much done in an ambiguous environment. He is an eager student and great problem solver.

While at WireX, Andrew explored and captured new opportunities and took the initiative to gather data in advance of management direction. He also proved to be extremely innovative under adverse conditions.
