I am the founder of Bee Talents and mentor for startups and founders, helping them navigate their entrepreneurial journeys. I have been active in the tech industry since 2010, where I’ve journeyed from building a mobile application to establishing a recruitment and consulting firm. I served as CEO of Bee Talents until 2023 and remain the majority shareholder. I grew Bee Talents from 1 to 100 full-time employees by 2022. Since 2021, I have also been a member of the Polish Chapter of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization. On a daily basis, I find the best talent for IT companies in Poland and abroad and train HR professionals on how AI impacts HR processes. In 2019, I published the Polish translation of Patty McCord’s book Powerful. The hard work of the entire team has been recognized multiple times, including in competitions such as the Poznań Entrepreneurship Leader and LinkedIn Talent Awards. A great honor for me is being part of the Strong Women in IT group created by Come Creations Group.
