Prior to it, I spent 12 years leading Business Intelligence, Competitive Intelligence and Salesforce CRM practices for the largest global BPO and leader in Omni-Channel Customer Experience (Teleperformance).
In short, my areas of expertise range from Strategy, BI/CI, CRM, Sales Ops with the goal to help companies grow and transform the way they do business.
At Teleperformance, I built a global area from scratch with teams across 3 continents responsible for developing strategies that influenced leadership to make key decisions that fueled growth and become a $4b company in revenue from $1b during my tenure.
I've deployed Salesforce.com globally, migrating stand alone CRM systems and I have experience leading complex implementations and integrations as Product Owner.
