I have over 10 years' experience in P&C and specialty insurance & reinsurance field, ranging from direct insurance & reinsurance, China domestic business & international / multinational business, business development & claim settlement, and high-level startegy planning for insurance & reinsurance business development for insurance market players, especially for insurance & reinsurance brokers. I have experience in working at world's top insurance broking companies including Marsh, Willis Towers Watson as business segment leader, and one of world's largest insurance companies AIG as multinational client service team leader. Besides, I also worked as the head of global business, reinsurance & marine deparment at the largest Chinese local logistics insurance broker. Now I am the managing partner of my own insurance & reinsurance consultancy Transocean Risks Solution(TRS) in Shanghai, China, providing professional insurance & reinsurance consulting services to our various types of clients.
