Afonso is a creative guy. Simple as that. He can't stand the routine as he loves the unknown so the creativity and ingenious ideas in him can sprout and fulfill his permanent desire to discover something new and experiment new ways of doing things - most of the times the more effective and quickest than the obvious ones.
Regarding the professional relations, Afonso does not go well with job titles leveling the work that you can do. Even when he is a CEO, he works "on the mud" if needed. And treats everyone with the same respect and the only demand he wants is to be treated the same way.
