I believe that cross cultural management requires high level of communication and interpersonal skills to drive solutions and not the problem and to deliver with passion; that is not taught in schools or written in a book but built over many years of experience. I worked in many different countries therefore exposed to different cultures ranging from less developing countries like Bangladesh and Central Africa to highly developed countries like Canada and Italy. In every country, I was flexible to adapt myself to local circumstance in order to ensure achieving the targets, maximizing the performance and getting the best out of the team.
