I believe that cross cultural management requires high level of communication and interpersonal skills to drive solutions and not the problem and to deliver with passion; that is not taught in schools or written in a book but built over many years of experience. I worked in many different countries therefore exposed to different cultures ranging from less developing countries like Bangladesh and Central Africa to highly developed countries like Canada and Italy.
