Business Divestment & Strategic Reconfiguration

Led the full financial and operational divestment of the Aesthetics division from a multi-site dental company, separating it into a standalone entity. The wider group operated across consumables, engineering, and aesthetics — requiring careful planning to isolate assets, people, and systems while maintaining ongoing operations.

Financial Leadership: Directed the financial separation of the division, creating standalone management accounts, cashflow, and reporting structures.

Operational Restructure: Oversaw site reconfiguration to remove shared pharmacy and warehouse functions from the parent company.

People Plan Execution: Managed workforce planning and cost realignment to ensure sustainable operations post-divestment.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensured full adherence to CCPC regulatory requirements, maintaining business continuity throughout the transition.

Stakeholder Management: Worked cross-functionally with leadership and external advisors to prepare the business for sale and ensure a smooth handover.

Following the successful divestment of the Aesthetics division from the wider dental group, I was part of the senior management team leading the sale process. My role focused on financial presentation, valuation readiness, and investor communication, ensuring the business was positioned clearly and credibly for potential acquirers.
