I have 14+ years of experience as a professional and entrepreneur. My passion for learning and deepening relationships combined with my roles as a friend, partner, boss, employee, consultant, sole proprietor, and VC backed company founder, has lead me to become especially focused on the dynamics, theory, and psychology of interpersonal relationships, decision making pitfalls, and negotiation strategy. I also study and practice attachment theory, EFT, non-positional (interested based) negotiation, needs-based psychology, aspects of game theory, and various personality identifier systems/types (enneagram, Myers-Briggs, DISC, OCEAN, etc). I love sharing these skills and knowledge as they translate extremely well in managing people more successfully, becoming more effective in business development, creating an amazing company culture, working well with others, negotiation, personal relationships, and life in general!
