What is the one thing I should focus the majority of my time in my startup?

I would say definitely focus on customer satisfaction which includes building better products, giving better customer service and providing better user experience.

Anubhav work as a web developer on our Digital Fish Library (DFL) website (http://www.digitalfishlibrary.org) which is an NSF funded scientific project that supports both researchers and the general public. The content must therefore be both accurate and manageable for scientists, and yet be very presentable, informative, and easily navigable for public users. Anubhav did an excellent job integrating both scientific content and public content, in an efficient and often creative way. Because our website is quite multifaceted, being both an educational portal as well as a scientific database, there is no set formula for how the site should be set up, and new problems arise constantly. Anubhav showed great skill at coming up with innovative but practical solutions to these problems and greatly enhanced the site. In addition, he worked very well within the group setting of our laboratory, not only completing his given assignments, but providing support for other people's projects. I would highly recommend his services.
