My Name is Yoel “Mo” Molina and I am a lifelong resident of Miami, Fl. I am a graduate of Miami Senior High, Class of 1992, Georgia Institute of Technology, B.S. 1997 and University of Maine School of Law, J.D. 2001. I am fluent in Spanish. I have been practicing law in Miami Since 2001. I am a former training prosecutor in the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office. I have experience in jury trials, appeals, administrative hearings, extradition hearings, Arthur hearings, bond hearings, motion hearings, bench trials and deportation hearings. I have appeared before judges across the State. My experience ranges from civil matters, foreclosure, family matters divorces, child support, bankruptcies, and civil traffic tickets to attempted homicide and everything in between including carjacking, robbery, theft and drug trafficking. In the area of traffic matters, I have handled thousands of traffic ticket matters, including, speeding, careless driving, accident matters, suspended license, stop sign, red light and more. I am a member of the Florida Bar and the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and I have been a member of the Dade County Bar Association, The American Bar association, American Immigration Lawyer Association, National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Cuban-American Bar Association.
