Launch Strategy

On a daily-basis I work with promotion to increase the awareness around @swipesapp. We've been featured on various of the big tech media, chosen no.1 productivity app in "Best New Apps" in the US App Store as well as featured no.1 productivity app in the main banners in over 147 countries.

Productivity

For us, entrepreneurs it's even a bigger challenge to manage our time and priorities because we can basically work endlessly! There will always be something urgent, important or both! However, we still have only 24/7 and only certain energy to spend. What to spend it on becomes the true challenge. I can help you clarify the priorities at your work and give you tips on how to build up your productive system so you win over stress and distractions.

User Engagement

I work with the user journey @swipesapp from the moment they download the app to the moment when they either love it or leave it behind. I optimise the funnel with the weapons of emails, notifications, in-app hints and information. In January 2014 we released a behaviour-driven strategy that doubled the engagement metrics.

Business Development

@swipesapp we've onboarded a strong team of advisors in various crazy bold ways. We built a partnership with a major player in the space and an AI company to ensure both growth and revenue. In our early days, we hacked our way to final interviews at leading accelerators such as Techstars, Launchpad, Angel Pad and Seedcamp. I know a thing or two about creating business opportunities. ;)
