When I graduated as a master in Computer Science, I had 3 offers from the world's largest companies in the information technology area. With peer passion for software development, I chose to join Microsoft in 2014 as a junior software development engineer(SDE I). Less than 6 years, I managed to get 5 promotions submitted by different tech leads in Microsoft and now I serve as a senior software engineer in a mission-critical group. I am also a career mentor for the new hires in our team and serve as an active interviewer for our team and Microsoft hiring events.
