Operations at 10,000 BBL/Year brewery at two physical locations.
I deal with 19 distributors and 52 SKUs and only 105 BBLs of production a week! I have been in the industry for just under a decade; small breweries face the same challenges as large ones without the budget. From picking distributors, organizing inventory and shipments, bottling/canning lines, TTB submittals, seasonal brew management, one off batches etc.
