I had the distinct pleasure of working with Tristan on improving the effectiveness of the IBM Web presence. Tristan brought many new ideas to the team, and his enthusiasm and drive to achieve are contagious. He communicates clearly, concisely and in a convincing manner, in writing and presentations as well as in conversations. Speaking several languages fluently also greatly helps to bridge cultural gaps and work with distributed teams around the globe.
