I join forces with entrepreneurs and start-ups to strengthen their consumer understanding and to lead with an empathetic, human-centered approach to strategy and problem solving.
Additionally, I take on a handful of individuals to support them in their growth. I focus with them on softer critical skills such as to embody a holistic and confident approach to their work or technical skills to further develop skills in Consumer Insights or Design Research.
My experience combines mixed research methodologies which result in a unique breadth and depth to my work. I'm naturally fascinated by the human experience, injecting creative and proactive approaches to learning, story-telling, strategy and recommendations. My work as a counselor provides a special lens to problem solving and empathetic, actionable solutions.
