I’m a French-born commercial strategist based in London with 20 years’ experience driving revenue and distribution across Tech, Media, Telecoms, and Gaming. I specialise in scaling businesses through B2B, B2C and B2B2C go-to-market models, with a focus on telco and streaming partnerships, smart monetisation strategies, and high-impact deal structuring.
Most recently, I was Chief Commercial Officer at Sandbox Group, the leading global edutainment company behind PlayKids and CoolMathGames. I built the B2B2C offering from scratch, scaling international distribution to $11M+ revenue (+80% YoY), and landed deals with Comcast, T-Mobile US, Orange, Shahid MBC, Vivo and Amazon Prime Video across 12 markets.
Before that, I spent 8 years at Netgem Group as CCO and led the commercial launch of NetgemTV — securing distribution through 15+ UK ISPs (TalkTalk, Community Fibre, etc.), and pioneering content partnerships including TikTok’s European debut on TV and the UK’s first Prime Video bundling with an ISP.
Earlier in my career, I held senior roles at EE and Orange UK across broadband, TV, and convergence, leading 4+ proposition launches that consistently improved ARPU and profitability.

Before that, I spent 8 years at Netgem Group leading business development and GTM for “TV-as-a-Service,” growing ISP distribution from zero to 15+ UK operators (TalkTalk, Community Fibre) and brokering market-first content deals — TikTok’s first TV app in Europe, Prime Video bundling, and early FAST channel aggregation for telcos.
Earlier roles at EE and Orange UK focused on broadband, TV, and convergence — driving 4+ successful launches and a turnaround to EBITDA-positive growth.
