Alex has worked with the worlds largest corporations and real estate developers to create business strategies, market entry programs and to develop new products/solutions. He specializes in identifying new trends, leading cross-cultural teams, and building strong partnerships. He often speaks publicly and teaches on corporate innovation, sustainability, climate change, renewable energy, and entrepreneurship.
Alex moved to Shanghai in 2011 to work on reducing air pollution by bringing clean energy technologies into China and co-founded e8 Resources, a market entry platform. He later co-founded Seeder Clean Energy to match these technologies to financing to make them more attractive to end-users, including the first rooftop solar C&I Power Purchase Agreements in China and helping companies such as Google to launch clean energy technologies.
More recently, Alex had led the enterprise strategy for WeWork in Asia-Pacific.
In 2015 Alex was recognized by President Obama as a global impact entrepreneur and in 2016 by the Chengdu government as “Founder of the Year” in China. He is currently a member of the Shanghai chapter of EO Accelerator, Global Shapers and Singularity University and is a proud alumnus of several entrepreneurship programs including China Accelerator, Startup Chile, Fledge Incubator, and Stanford Ignite.
