This is built on top of a career of professional risk management and enterprise project management for a Fortune 500 company.

I will evaluate deals for you, or if you prefer I will teach you how to evaluate deals on your own. I specialize in single family residential housing and I have experience in multi-family housing. I can give you pointers or guide you to an expert in commercial real estate, but that is not my sweet spot.

I can look at nearly any real estate and give you creative solutions for closing them. This includes deals that are a bit outside of my wheel house because deal structuring is a different skill than evaluating real estate.

If you bring me a proposed deal for single family residential properties, even portfolios of them I can both evaluate the deal and give you creative solutions whether you are the seller or the buyer. When you get too far outside of single family residential I cannot give you a reliable evaluation of the deal, but I can give you usable creative solutions for funding the deal.

More than 17 years experience in project management in banking and financial services with a PMP and MPM. More than 25 years experience in systems design, development, and management with a BSCS/MIS.
