• A consultant for many enterprises in Vietnam on CMMi, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, BPMS, Training and Development, and CSR.
• Jointly established Better Work program in Vietnam with Enterprise Advisor role (http://betterwork.org/), under IFC and ILO, UN.
• Successfully managed a PPP (Public Private Project) funded by DEG for TUV Rheinland Vietnam to implement a capacity building program for small and medium IT companies in Vietnam that will focus on both a Comprehensive Quality Management Program and Comprehensive Information Security Program.
• Led FCG Vietnam (CSC Vietnam) become the first company in Viet Nam to be certified CMMi level 5, ISO 27001:2005 and TL 9000 version 4.
