Terry is one of the few people in business possesing the ability to discuss top-level commercial issues with senior execs and within the small breath delve into the technical details of web management and design. I've always admired his approach to problem solving and his drive to exceed customer expectation. A well-rounded (and not chubby ;-)) business leader who always delivers on commitments.
