I have spent the last 6 years bringing back a small business from over 200K in debt to a profitable business, moving from a company barely surviving on it's revolving credit line to a positive cash flow for the last 3 years, more then doubled sales and currently has 14 full-time employees with benefits. More importantly, I have designed the business where it requires only 10-20 hours/wk (the first 4.5 years were 60-80 hrs a week). My time now is currently spent on areas I truly love, designing marketing and sales strategies. The remainder of my time is spent motivating and coaching others to kick start their businesses and helping current small business owners navigate through the road blocks, clean up messy situations and most importantly create time wealth!
