Every morning when you wake up, tell yourself that you are already in this leadership/management role you want. Almost like you are wearing an invisible cloak when you enter your office. Once you are there, connect with your highest self: meaning act from your best heart-filled place. True leaders are generous and discerning. They used their energy wisely.
