I shared three days with Susan at the Denver GTM seminar-Sept, 013 and can confidently say that the material, content and wisdom given by Susan to the entire group was the clearest, most complete and concise of any RE related seminar we have attended. The information provided by Susan was helpful, factual, inspirational and much needed to our entire group from Seattle. In my 25+ yrs in the CRE business, I find Susan to be most genuine, empathetic, careing, and possessing the highest of integrity. We all learned a great deal and I recommend her to anyone with the desire to further their RE success.

I first hooked up with Susan when I purchased the Private Money Blueprint program. As I studied and implemented the program I could tell right away that Susan was one of those RARE Real Estate coaches that really cares about her clients, and has really done what she is recommending!
Since that time both Kristi and I have attended her "Getting The Money" bootcamp, along with many of her webinars that are JAM PACKED with AWESOME tips and strategies that helped us say GOODBYE to hard money lenders, and now we have a "waiting list" of Private Money investors who are happy with a return of 5-8%!

Source: LinkedIn Anthony Chara Jun 1, 2014If you are flipping real estate, an S corp may be better than an LLC. Flipping income can easily be categorized by the IRS as “earned income” and thus subject to self employment tax through an LLC, particularly if it is single member. An S corp will shield part your income from this tax.
Always speak with an accountant to review the tax issues before choosing an entity to form, because most attorneys are not tax savvy.

I also knew I could make more than $1,000 a month. Once I knew these answers, everything seemed to become unblocked. I became relaxed and confident. Things began moving forward very rapidly. I now realize that the more I share, the more I help others. Brief Career Summary Early in my career, I was an internal auditor for several companies and earned my certified internal auditor certificate.
