Having worked with hundreds of startups in over 10 different countries I would have to be an idiot not to see patterns. There are things you can do to make life easy as it takes the same amount of time and hard work to make a successful company as it can to make a terrible one.

I was running the YesGroup in Newcastle and i was made aware of Steves work. I approached him to build us a website and provide us with an online presence. I was very impressed with the speed, and accuracy of his work and he knew exactly what the group needed with very little input from myself. I met Steve at a London seminar where his energy and enthusiasm was outstanding.
