I am a detail orientated and experienced problem solver, with an engineering background. My formative years were spent on large public and private Tier 1 contracting projects. I have spent many years since leading the business improvement activities in the Building Division of VINCI Construction UK. My construction industry and contracting knowledge is extensive, through all project phases.
My ability to plan and coordinate complex projects and lead teams to deliver them is a key strength. I am confident communicating at all levels, building and managing relationships and planning and implementing transformation, including managing resistance to change.
In recent years, my role has developed to incorporate a more holistic sustainability agenda, working with the parent company, sometimes in a global context. This has complimented the development of my own personal interest in this field, particularly in environmental sustainability.
