I was lucky enough to manage Mark for most of his time at Remedy. As a Data Specialist, his role was to bridge the gap between technology and analytics.
He demonstrated exemplary problem solving skills, contributing to several key projects which consistently delivered results for the company's bottom line. He was adept at picking up the variety of tools and applications we use.
Mark showed continuous attention to detail and was often the first to identify problems, successes or general fluctuations in the data. Mark is very responsive, particularly during crisis, well-beyond his work hours and including at night and on the weekends.
Most notably, Mark excelled at thought leadership, in terms of staying on top of Health, Technology and Social industry trends. He was the first to share product changes, new tools, competitor activity and new research with the team. He went the extra mile of brainstorming ways in which we could leverage new technology/ tools to advance Remedy’s business objectives.
