Great tips on helping me get clear on my ideal client and how to figure out what to say to draw them in!
Sharon is sharp, focused, and driven -- her passion for PR and marketing make her an asset to any company looking to step up their marketing game. I met Sharon while she was contracted to work with a developer from whom I was leasing space, Crafted at the Port of Los Angeles. Sharon answered emails promptly and was willing to listen to any ideas the vendors at the space had. She was quick to respond to yelp reviews about the project in a diplomatic and helpful manner. I witnessed first-hand how Sharon brings her all to any project she is working on and would highly recommend her.
I have hired Sharon to work with me on several projects, including blog writing and media/blogger relations for events. She is a great writer and has a terrific handle on using social media to connect with the media and bloggers. One of the things I like most about working with Sharon is that she goes the extra mile when it comes to detail and presentation. Her work and results are always prepared in a format that can be taken right to our clients.

I worked with Sharon while serving as an Americorps Vista Development Consultant coordinating several development projects. Sharon strives for excellence in all projects she undertakes, and her work is thorough, timely, and diligent. She is friendly, goal-oriented, and exhibits a high degree of integrity.I highly recommend Sharon as a project partner and look forward to working with her in the future.
I met Sharon while we were both pursuing a double Masters degree in Global Media and Communication from the London School of Economics and USC Annenberg. During that time, I collaborated with Sharon in numerous classes, working most closely with her during a Communication Consulting class at Annenberg. I worked with Sharon and a few other students on our final class project, for which we chose to devise a fundraising plan for a non-profit organization called Kamay at Puso. Throughout the project, Sharon was instrumental in directing our group's efforts and structuring our approach with her substantial prior expertise in the field of non-profit development and communications. Sharon also functioned as a liaison between the group and Kamay at Puso, keeping the organization informed and engaged in our progress. She was an excellent team member to work with - knowledgeable, creative, dedicated and easy to work with.
Sharon is organized, intelligent, creative and goal oriented. She finds a way to get the job done despite obstacles while adding her unique and spontaneous humor to the process.
Trust Sharon's sense of the market. She is savvy and aware of the trends that drive it.
I thoroughly enjoyed working with her.
Sharon Fain is a smart, effective and brilliant communications strategist and practicioner. She problem solves and works very well on a team or as an individual with a mission.
Sharon was the ideal client: the perspective and foresight to give clear direction, coupled with the depth of knowledge required to be an informed collaborator. At Modular Wind Energy, she launched an ambitious marketing initiative for the company, and engaged staff at all levels to become active, enthusiastic contributors. Thanks in part to her experience in the nonprofit sector, she was able to bring a comprehensive program to fruition on a shoestring budget. Handling multiple responsibilities in a startup environment is no walk in the park, but Sharon mastered her many roles with poise and professionalism.
Sharon is a great leader and is a take-charge individual. Sharon has a great ability to positively interact with members, community leaders and other staff. She was a great part of the staff and I would love to work with her in the future.
I worked with Sharon on several group projects and presentations in graduate school. She thrived with the rigorous curriculum and professional demands of our coursework, and consistently brought smart and innovative ideas to the table -- a true collaborator. Any organization would be very lucky to have her as an employee!
