Seth Rosen

Amazing call

Seth is the first person I'd call for a new venture. In fact, I suspect that out of the dozens of employees I've had on my teams, Seth would be considered most valuable by a majority of those people across the board -- a real testament to his versatility and likability. He is multi-talented, a terrific team player, savvy and insightful. They don't get better than Seth.

Seth is a hard working individual, who is great listener, is extremely articulate, and is highly focused on value driven decisions. As the director of product management at BuyWithMe as well as one of the original founding members of the company, Seth had incredible understanding of the business which allowed him to effectively lead his team of product managers as well play an active role as a product manager of several cross functional teams. Highly talented, yet sincerely humble, Seth is a true leader by example of lean product management. He was inspirational to work with and I hope to have the opportunity to work with him again.

Every startup has a person without whom things would fall apart. When I first started working with BuyWithMe, Seth was That Guy. At the time, he covered a broad range of functions, including product management, marketing, analytics, customer support, and probably three or four others i wasn't even aware of. Like everyone at the time, he handled an enormous workload, and he did so with a positive attitude and a team-oriented approach.

As the company grew, Seth focused more on product and analytics and we worked together less directly. But he remained a valued and highly collaborative partner. He proactively took charge of our product analytics, and was always willing to help when called upon. Seth truly enjoys data analysis, generating the insights that come from digging deep into the product and user behavior, and then translating these insights into product. He also has a natural curiosity and learning orientation, so is constantly expanding his skillset.

Clearly, I think very highly of Seth. He's smart, hardworking, data-driven and highly collaborative. He's also just a great guy. Seth would be an asset to any high growth organization and I recommend him without hesitation.
