Sean Carpenter has been involved in the real estate business for over 16 years, A graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth with further education in Real Estate Finance from Boston University, Sean has been focused on economic development, affordable housing and changing communities and building on this experience every step of the way. His primary focus on utilizing public capital married with private capital allows for leverage of funding in order to execute the goals of cash flow.
