Building Scientist who has majored in Construction Management and Sustainable Engineering Systems. Recently I have been assisting in the construction of High Performance Net Zero Energy Construction in the Kelowna Area. I am passionate about creating environments which positively effect the inhabitants health and wallet as well as our natural world but not adversely effecting the natural environment. Worked as a Project Manager on the client side of construction projects predominantly in the Infrastructure and Retail areas.
Studied Project Management prior to this for 3 years during that time I had clientele engagement training sessions to hone my skill set. I have been trained in tendering, gantt chart construction, documentation and reports, risk assessment matrix's, contractual law and code compliance. Clients of mine will receive consultation and advice on their chosen problem and a report after the meeting for them to reference when addressing their specific issue or problem.
